On this 5th Sunday of Easter, we are invited into a moment of honesty and trust. Like the disciples in the Gospel, we often find ourselves anxious, uncertain, and searching for direction. Yet Jesus gently reassures us: “Do not let your hearts be troubled.”

In this week’s reflection, we are reminded that faith is not about having all the answers, but about trusting the One who is the answer. Christ reveals Himself as the Way, the Truth, and the Life—calling us not just to believe, but to follow, to live, and to love through action.
