Happy Feast Day, St. Anne!
A Celebration of Our Spiritual Grandmother and the Heart of Our Parish Family
July 26, 2025
She reminds us that holiness often begins at home. That the seeds we plant in love can grow into the greatest miracles of all.
A Woman Whose Legacy Lives On
Though little is written about her in Scripture, the life of Saint Anne has echoed throughout generations of faith. She is best known as the mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which makes her the grandmother of Jesus Christ. But more than a family title, her role reminds us of the power of quiet faith, loving motherhood, and humble surrender to God’s will.
Saint Anne nurtured Mary to become the vessel through whom salvation entered the world. In her, we find a deep well of inspiration—a woman who shaped the heart of the Mother of God, and through her influence, shaped the heart of the Church.
She reminds us that holiness often begins at home.
That the seeds we plant in love can grow into the greatest miracles of all.
The Heart of Our Parish
Here at St. Anne’s Parish, her legacy continues—not only in statues or stained glass, but in the hearts of every person who has devoted time, love, and effort to celebrate her name.
From the volunteers who helped organize our novena nights, to the lectors, musicians, decorators, and every parishioner who offered even a simple prayer, you are the living reflection of Saint Anne’s love.
Her feast day is also your feast day.
You, her adopted children. You, her Church family.
We may not be gathering for the grand event today. Still, the spirit of celebration is already alive—in your service, in your generosity, and in the joy that continues to build as we prepare for August 3rd.
A Prayer of Gratitude on Her Feast Day
Dear Saint Anne,
We honor you today with hearts full of joy.
Thank you for saying “yes” to God,
for raising Mary to be the Mother of our Savior,
and for continuing to intercede for us, your spiritual children.
Bless this parish that bears your name.
Bless all those who serve in love.
Help us to grow in faith, patience, and kindness,
so that we may reflect the love of your holy family.
Pray for us always.
Amen.
Looking Ahead: Our Grand Celebration on August 3rd

Let today be a joyful prelude to what’s ahead. Carry the spirit of Saint Anne with you as we continue to grow together as a community rooted in faith, love, and hope.
Happy Feast Day, dear St. Anne’s family!
You are seen. You are loved. You belong.
Let us continue to walk together under the care of our spiritual grandmother, Saint Anne.
